Kadie Black – New President and CEO of Voices for Children
Prior to joining Voices For Children, Kadie Black served as the development
director for Kristi House Children’s Advocacy Center, a non-profit dedicated
to provide treatment, advocacy, and coordination of service, within a healing
environment, for abused, abandoned, and neglected children. During her tenure,
she oversaw events and fundraising, exponentially increasing the organization’s
visibility and community engagement which led to record-breaking fundraising
efforts for the organization.
A Guardian ad Litem volunteer since the young age of 19, Kadie is the daughter
of Joni Goodman, a longtime child welfare advocate who served as the director
of the Guardian ad Litem program for over 25 years.
